Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves on our product quality being as described, so if something isn't right, here's what you need to know:
Mystery items: Are non refundable unless you have an issue with authenticity, in that case please contact us below.
Returns window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return: Use the contact form below and include your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the next steps.
Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Order Queries
Where's my order? Check your confirmation email for tracking info. If you're still unsure, get in touch with your order number and we'll look into it.
Wrong item received? We're sorry about that. Contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it out.
