Returns & Exchanges
Returns window: Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you want to cancel or return it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.
Mystery Tees: Mystery Tees and Mystery Tee Bundles are included in this returns policy and are not excluded simply because the exact tee is a surprise.
Condition: You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. Please take reasonable care of it while it is with you.
How to start a return: Use the contact form below or email contact@ebbsxflows.com with your order number and tell us you wish to cancel or return your order. We'll send you the return instructions.
Return postage: For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. If an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate next steps.
Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges.
Refunds: For a valid cancellation, we refund the returned goods and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Order Queries
Where's my order? Check your confirmation email for tracking info. If you're still unsure, get in touch with your order number and we'll look into it.
Wrong item received? We're sorry about that. Contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it out.
Missing item? If something's missing from your order, let us know and we'll chase this up for you.
