Ebbs x Flows – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want our returns process to be clear and fair. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

UK 14-Day Cancellation & Return Right

If you buy from Ebbs x Flows online, you can cancel your order for any reason by telling us within 14 days of receiving your goods.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

This applies to eligible Ebbs x Flows products, including Mystery Tees and Mystery Tee Bundles. You do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind cancellation.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@ebbsxflows.com or use our Contact Us page within the 14-day cancellation period. Please include your order number and tell us that you wish to cancel or return your order.

We will send you the return instructions. Your legal right to cancel does not depend on us approving your reason for the return.

Returning the Goods

Once you have notified us, the goods must be sent back within 14 days.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

You may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop, but please take reasonable care of them. We may reduce a refund only where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the goods has reduced their value.

Please return any original packaging, tags or accessories where reasonably possible, but your statutory cancellation rights are not conditional on retaining the original packaging.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds & Original Delivery Costs

For a valid cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option for the order.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we do not have to refund the extra amount above the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that you have sent them back where applicable. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Not-as-Described Goods

Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect, not-as-described or unfit-for-purpose goods are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@ebbsxflows.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photos may help us resolve the issue quickly where relevant.

These statutory rights are not limited to 48 hours. Where a return is required because goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will deal with reasonable return costs in accordance with your legal rights.

Pre-Owned & Second-Hand Condition

Many of our products are pre-owned or second-hand. Normal signs of wear that are consistent with the condition grade and were accurately described are not faults.

If an item has a defect or significant issue that was not disclosed and means the item is not as described, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Mystery Tees & Mystery Tee Bundles

Mystery Tees and Mystery Tee Bundles are covered by the same cancellation and return terms above.

The exact brand, colour, graphic or design being intentionally kept as a surprise does not remove your statutory cancellation rights. You may therefore use the 14-day cancellation right even if you simply do not like the particular Mystery Tee you receive.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

Statutory exceptions apply only where the law provides for them, such as certain personalised or made-to-order goods, or certain sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

We will not treat a product as exempt from the statutory cancellation right merely because it is a Mystery Tee.
