Products & Authenticity
Is all Ebbs x Flows streetwear authentic?
Yes. Authenticity is one of the most important parts of what we do.
Every item sold by Ebbs x Flows is carefully checked before it reaches the store. Our process includes an initial assessment before sourcing and a more detailed in-hand inspection once the item arrives.
Depending on the product and brand, we may assess details such as tags, stitching, materials, print quality, construction, product codes, packaging and other brand-specific authentication markers.
We only sell items that we are confident are authentic.

What should I do if I have concerns about authenticity?
If you have any concerns about the authenticity of an item you have received from Ebbs x Flows, please contact us as soon as possible.
We take authenticity concerns seriously and will review the item and the details of your order.
This applies to individually listed products as well as Mystery Tees.
Pre-Owned Streetwear & Condition
Are your items new or second-hand?
Ebbs x Flows specialises primarily in carefully selected pre-owned streetwear, although some items may also be brand new or unworn.
Each individually listed item is inspected before being added to the store, and its condition is clearly stated on the product page.
This means you can shop with a better understanding of the condition of the item before placing your order.
What condition is Ebbs x Flows streetwear in?
We use clear condition grades to help you understand what to expect from each item.
Our main condition grades include:
Brand New – With Original Tags
Unworn, with original tags and relevant original packaging where applicable.
Brand New – No Tags or Box
Unworn and unused, but without some or all original tags or packaging.
Used – Excellent
Previously worn but very well looked after, with little or no noticeable signs of wear.
Used – Very Good
Light signs of previous use, with any notable imperfections shown or described.
Used – Good
More visible signs of previous wear while remaining fully wearable and functional.

Will pre-owned items have signs of wear?
They can.
Pre-owned clothing and footwear may naturally show signs of previous use depending on the condition grade.
Where an individually listed product has a noticeable flaw, we aim to show or describe it clearly within the listing.
We believe buying second-hand should still feel transparent, so we want you to know what to expect before your order arrives.
Will items come with their original tags, box or packaging?
Only where stated.
Because many of the products we sell are pre-owned, original tags, boxes and packaging may no longer be available.
If original packaging, tags or accessories are included with an item, we will make this clear on the product listing wherever relevant.
Mystery Tees
How do Ebbs x Flows Mystery Tees work?
Our Mystery Tees are designed to make buying streetwear a little more exciting.
Simply choose your Mystery Tee option, select your size and place your order.
We then choose an authentic streetwear tee from the brands included within your selected Mystery Tee tier.
The exact brand, colour, graphic and design remain a mystery until your order arrives.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium Mystery Tees?
Our Mystery Tee options are split into different tiers.
Standard Mystery Tees can feature authentic pieces from a wider selection of recognised streetwear brands, including names such as Supreme, Palace, Nike, Carhartt and Patta.
Premium Mystery Tees are exclusively Supreme or Palace.
If you want a wider selection of possible brands, Standard is the better option.
If you specifically want Supreme or Palace, Premium is the one to go for.
What condition are Mystery Tees in?
All Ebbs x Flows Mystery Tees are Used – Excellent or better.
Every Mystery Tee is inspected before being included in the collection, and we only select pieces that meet our quality standards.
Because the items are pre-owned, small signs of previous wear may still be present, but the overall condition will meet our Used – Excellent standard or above.
Can I choose the brand, colour or graphic of my Mystery Tee?
No - the exact tee is part of the mystery.
You choose your size and Mystery Tee tier, but the individual brand, colour, graphic and design are selected by us based on the stock available.
This is what makes every Mystery Tee order different.
The images shown on our Mystery Tee product pages are examples of the type of items that may be included and do not guarantee a specific tee.
Can I choose my size?
Yes.
Simply select your required size on the Mystery Tee product page before adding it to your basket.
Because Mystery Tees can come from different brands and collections, fit can vary slightly between individual items even when the labelled size is the same.
Are Mystery Tees returnable?
Yes. Mystery Tees and Mystery Tee Bundles are covered by our returns policy.
If you buy online, you can tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to cancel or return it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.
You do not need to give a reason, so the Mystery Tee being a surprise does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or not-as-described goods are separate and remain unaffected.
Orders & Delivery
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to get every Ebbs x Flows order packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Our current dispatch aim is within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where applicable.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping service and destination selected at checkout.
Most UK orders should arrive within approximately 7 days of dispatch, although delays can occasionally occur outside our control.
If tracking is available for your order, you can use this to follow its progress.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free UK shipping is available on qualifying orders of £60 or more, subject to the delivery options shown at checkout.
Any available shipping methods and costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping to supported destinations.
Available shipping options and prices will be calculated at checkout.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside the control of Ebbs x Flows and may be payable by the customer.
Problems With Your Order
What if my item arrives damaged or is not as described?
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant so we can review what has happened.
Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods are not limited to the 14-day change-of-mind return period.
Can I cancel or return an online order?
Yes. For UK online orders, tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return postage. For a valid cancellation, we refund the returned goods and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option.

Can I cancel an order before it has been dispatched?
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to help.
If it has already been dispatched, the relevant returns or cancellation terms apply.
